The question now is: will they just let it fail? Will CCCAU's cash position become so dire that their solvency dries up completely and CCC simply delists after being liquidated? Most of the CCCSA board probably couldn't give two hoots about how CCCAU fairs, so they mightn't care for this stock crashing to zero. But what about Don, Pete and 'Jace'? Will they try and pull out the proverbial rabbit from the hat? Their reputation has been crushed enough as it is, but they will truly become directors of zero credibility if this thing gets liquidated. They are the faces of KAB, RRS, NKP etc. What chance will those companies stand if the market sees CCC go under? After how much this thing has been hyped, pumped, ramped and promoted by this bunch, surely it won't hit rock bottom without a peep. In my opinion there is one more twist in the tale yet to come, and its going to have to be a drastic twist at that - an emergency RI won't get shareholder backing, and they've exhausted all other avenues of capital raising apart from a miracle asset sale.

This is the kicker - if they can suck someone into coughing up enough cash for some of these assets then shareholders might not have to witness this hit zero. They did a damn good job of persuading 10,000+ individual private investors in the first place; how hard can it be! I just can't see them letting this crash and burn without them putting it all on the line in one last effort to jolt it back to life. By hook or by crook they're going to have to find a way anyway. With $8M due in 3 weeks, and ballooning borrowings to repay, they desperately need cash, and fast.
