You will have to wait until the liquidator makes a "loss declaration". You will get something in the mail when this happens, the letter will state the FY you will be able to claim the loss in though i suspect that it will be in this FY16.

Disappointing. I think HC needs a section that covers "underperforming/undesirable companies/management/directors" so everyone knows which stocks to definitely avoid....
