    I and others have mentioned many time
    1. Bank will assess whether sgh has the ability to serve -conservatively NPAT $71 mil FY16
    2. Bank will ask whether sgh able to CR and reduce debt ratio - right offer
    3. Assests selling to reduce debt
    4. Takeover ?

    All these will happen before liquidation
