Please be aware of the existing Takeover Panel application, that has been submitted in regard to, purported coercive and controlling conduct of Receiver’s, Legal Advisors and a Major Creditor of Moreton Resources Limited.

You may or may not be aware that Receivers in 2021, sold assets of the subsidiaries in MRL for approx. $6,500,000 and now seek to assert control over MRL, whom is subject to a DOCA arrangement. The Company is seeking to pursue its rights in regard to the appointment and actions of the Receiver and other parties, to protect the interest of MRL and its members and creditors. We currently believe the attempt to limit our control, access to records and information, pertaining to conduct and costs associated with events since Nov 2019 are of major concern.
