Basically the Board has three options:
- Reapply to Takeover Panel. This time draft the application better so the Panel can actually assess if they have grounds to intervene.
- Go to ASIC. Which hasn't worked previously, but was recommended by the Panel.
- Do nothing and let Mr Fieltson and administrators take ownership of the company.
Obviously option 3 really sticks it to the Share Holders
