Following lodgment of above, it is public record Takeovers declined to act.

However I believe ASIC have reached out to Company to request if the substance of that complaint is a formal referral to ASIC for investigation and I think that was confirmed with significant information also provided to ASIC to potentially validate Corp's, ASX and general fiduciary duty requirements.

Hence if others feel this is questionable conduct or there are any breaches, they should also state that to ASIC via Complaint.
