Shareholders have been deceived and robbed by criminals. Why should we be walking away with nothing and no asset? The criminals and associated company shareholdings should be null and void. Once the grubby Gutnick's are off the register and behind bars, the asset should stay in our hands with a new elected board. This is the common sense approach. Corporate law and the many loopholes available for white collar crime may tell us otherwise.
