Our investigations are currently ongoing, so we are unable to comment on points 1, 2 and 5 in your below email.

In response to question 3 -The shares have not yet been dissolved as the Company has not yet been deregistered. A separate announcement will be made when the Liquidator has determined the value of the shares.

In response to question 4 - The Liquidator has filed a confidential report with ASIC regarding potential offences by the Company and its directors. The decision to commence criminal proceedings rests solely with ASIC. We may not comment on ASIC's decision in relation to the Liquidator’s report at this time.
