As they were blatantly lying and misleading shareholders.
There is possible legal action against the Directors now....

Not to mention the ATO may be notified,
To track down money they hid.
When really,
we know it was their money even if it's in relatives names.

Not to mention that the whole Dickson Fandola claim is invalid,
Which sort of caused this anyway.

The whole bankrupting it thing was a Scam so Dickson could steal the IP,
