On 31/12/21 www.delisted.com.au posted a letter from the Liquidator stating that he " ... has reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood that shareholders .... will receive a distribution."
We knew this, but it is now official and we can at least claim a capital loss. See https://www.delisted.com.au/company/integrated-green-energy-solutions-ltd for more details and a copy of the Liquidator's letter for tax purposes.
