When Mr. Livingstone left KPMG, the liquidation of IGE transferred with him to WLP Restructuring.

WLP RESTRUCTURING PTY LTD was incorporated on Sep 27 2021 as an Australian Private Company,Limited by Shares registered in Australia. The company's status is listed as " Active" now.Wlp Restructuring Pty Ltd has been operating for 3 months, and 15 days.

His reply to me was; Since the date of my last report, I have continued with my investigations into the Company’s affairs including the claims which may be available for the benefit of creditors. As at the date of writing, no asset realisations have been made, however I am liaising with various parties regarding the purchase of some assets. I intend to provide creditors with an update on these issues in my next report to creditors.

The reply was made 22 October so I'm guessing the creditors have been informed by now.
