It is also clear they lied about funding so hopefully their ill-gained assets are forfeited,
And Shareholders get some $$$$ Back.

I seem to recall in the action between IGE and Bevan Dooley that the Amsterdam plant had some major problems which would cost millions to fix. I think the assets were held in a partly owned Dutch subsidiary which went into a separate local receivership.
