Which is apparently electrifying trucks,
Then trying to get people to invest in the batteries and battery swap over stations.
Could it be another one that fails?

Obviously all those involved in the fraudulent scams through IGE,
Eg. the BOD and those mentioned in the liquidation report should be Criminally Charged.

Also as they Breached Director duties,
Should be banned from being involved in ANY other company EVER.

Not just that though,
As they deliberately mislead shareholders,
With lies of funding,
Shareholders can and should, Sue them personally.

Too often these "people" get away with it on the ASX,
But as the Liquidator has identified their wrongdoings,
And fraudulent activities,
We have a much stronger case.

Anyway with this report in mind,
A class action would also be extremely likely to succeed,

And a firm would also be very likely to take it on,
On a No Win, No Pay Basis.

Not to mention all the millions of unreasonable expenses,
And claiming wages while trading while insolvent.
The fact that Dickson essentially bankrupted his own company,
With unreasonable claims and expenses,
The IP deal not being valid as none of the milestones were ever reached etc.
And all of the others mentioned in the reports involvement,
with the Lies of Funding being secured etc

Essentially they are Liable as their financial gains were made via deception,
Their ASX Announcements were also false,
And mislead the ASX when they stated they had secured funding,
So were a viable concern.

All wages paid ever since the mention of the funding being available,
Which never was,
Were acquired fraudulently,
And Should be Paid back.

Time to strip them of their assets,
And give them a taste of their own medicine.

ASX and ASIC need to do their job,
And get the money back to shareholders.
