g'day Crusty.... I can't say for certain the person I was talking with wasn't (one of) our very own director(s).

the advice was that the directors have played it safe and had all the assets transferred to proxies.

truly the main reason I didn't pursue this further was the lack of response. yes we few were interested but so few that it didn't seem viable.

besides I have no knowledge of the procedures involved an was reluctant to push it further.

if someone of us is willing to do the work, one with experience and knowledge, I would back it.
