If you’re hoping for something to come to shareholders, don’t hold your breath. Shareholders will only receive funds from a liquidation if ALL creditors are paid in full, and there are funds left over.

I would rate this scenario as extremely unlikely.

Still, it will be interesting to see where the tech ends up, and whether the buyer manages to produce a viable product with it.
