Point taken but the level of staff training and product knowledge is shocking.
They told me you cant lose your money and that it doesn't move and is not invested.
If this type of rubbish is happening at the front of house I would hate to think what is happening deep within this organization. They present as professional but looks like smoke and mirrors after a 5 minute conversation.
I have people asking me for advice what to do with $30 million and Macquarie is on my black list alongside AMP.
