The company has assets and no debt so SH may get lucky and get a few cents/share. The administration process may not be protracted either, given lack of creditors. VA is not what we want though. Far better if the management and board can find a way for it to continue as a going concern; ideally along the lines described by @roperdoper.
It's sad that we're having this conversation.
