Twin, if the 'new buyer' is in fact the (discussed at length) shorter, then it is not a 'buyer' at all . That leaves us with just a seller. Who is the seller and what is the reason is the 64 dollar question. A 'getting out' seller who has just lucked a mutually beneficial buyer, or a deeper game involving price suppression for the purpose of setting a lower floor for financing options (more cake for them at the expense of other holders). Unfortunately, I hope it is the stinking latter because at least the motivation is company positive.
