As for Energy IP - Applications they were lodged 29 March 2016 - So as much an April 2017 for public notification. This may initiate the speed dating AE suitors rounds on dowry terms. Have no idea on Selective or Exclusivity rights distribution, but the recent presentation showing an assembly of multiple Logos, could indicate the former. The more (quality) players the merrier I say.
BTW. As Geoff hinted at, it looks like the 1st application was a testing of the waters.
The application was allowed to lapse, with the next 2 tightening things up. Keeping cards very close to the Chest
