I wouldn’t be surprised if Elphinstone takes private.
they’ve made comment on low liquidity a number of times, with the solution being to grow by acquisition requiring new capital and new shareholders.
nothing has happened on that front, so I’m anticipating they announce “ given we couldn’t find acquisitions, there is no need for ASX listing to source new capital, so our largest shareholder has made an offer to buy all shares”
