I guess I don't really understand how a separate platform would work.. one of the things he discussed was how at the moment share prices are manipulated when it is known that institutional buying is taking place. ie he wants to hide the volume of trades... what sort of implications would that have on the market? Look I realise that this is not insider trading but it is one of the indicators used by asic to police information that hasn't been disclosed to the market. To be honest I am very new to this but there are a few things about it that make me go hmmmm.
