Bloody hell, 60M Kina is nearly $A27M, just what could all this money have been spent on? It'd have saved a lot of time and money if every PNG national was declared a true landholder, now a few greedy b's are keeping it for themselves, I hope the PNG govt taxes the hell out of them (assuming, and it's a big assumption, IDC ever make some money to pay them some royalties).
