Jack, I don't know anything about the merits of this case one way or the other but I think this shows that people believe in the richness of Mt Kare and are prepared to fight for it.


P.S. I think the moderation of your post of the court document was a bit rough. It was a public document involving multiple parties and not something of a confidential nature belonging to IDC. Unless court proceedings are held in secret in PNG.
