At lease I learn something new that way, instead of re-reading highlighted ASX announcements that I have already read but are still posted by some folks. When do you guys think IDC will update us on this and the other 2 court actions ? It would appear the National Court thought there is some merit in it, and you didn't underline the part that said "Other interested parties have raised issues with the LIR/LIS studies on the project" Yes, that would appear to be true given the court ruling. Have you guys ever read the book 'Mount Kare Gold Rush', as if not, I would recommend it as it goes into great detail about the local customary issues we face. However, I personally think it prudent to be aware of them, and not shoot the messenger given the Company is yet to mention it themselves. Just my opinion.
