you would need to read to see that -

limited working hours
paid holidays
universal medical and health care
education
social security
welfare and social housing where it's supported

all of these things come from concepts and ideas to make better societies

go look at your rednecks ---------------- see their teeth -------- in a socially equitable society - they'd get a dentist
