On the issue of the Court granting Wilkinson her own Legal Council to be paid by Channel TEN, to me this is very high risk that Wilkinson is taking. At Judgement time ( if TEN and Wilkinson lose, or if TEN win and Wilkinson loses, or damages if any to Lehmann are split ) Wilkinson my find that the Court has split the cost of all this to such and extent that she not only ends up paying for her legal costs but a lot of Channel TEN's as well, and money to Lehmann. Having had two Supreme Court Civil Cases myself, and having won both times ( note, not criminal cases) , I've noticed the big smiles that Wilkinson currently has could vanish in a flash. I fairly sure of one thing though, and that is the Judgement that's coming will have a lot of people wondering " how did we get to this"? Jet
