One wonders that if Lisa Wilkinson was a normal everyday person she would have been charged; but in some ways the fact she is such a prominent experienced person means that perhaps she should have been!
The Canberra judge today reprimanded Lise quite pointedly, and in the same words seems she kept talking about contempt of court and saying that people will be in contempt if they make such comments ....however she did not say retrospectively whether contempt of court had been committed!
I don't profess to be a legal expert so I would like other people to comment ... the question marks should have been in the thread title sorry
