The primary reason why these centres were not operable was because of the incompetence of the local manager and the stigma attched to ABC. I ought to know as our day care centre was taken over by ABC..and i can tell you now the new manaagement ran it into the ground..parents left the place in droves..moving kids suburbs away if need be.
IMO the cuts announced have well and truely been priced into the stock. And even with the centres fully closed for eternity, AEU still runs positive operatign cashflows.
