have noticed The Engineers have had solid growth this month; however it still looks like we have at least another month or two to go to potentially being able to sell all 10K NFTs & achieving a return:
if the Engineers were to mint now i'd estimate we'd only sell 500-1000 & for less than $200 each because all i can gather is that these NFTs will be playable avatars in The Sandbox, Alterverse & Otherside; i don't think that's enough utility in this market to warrant a healthy target price of $400-600/NFT to bank $4-6m. (i'm assuming we will self publish & not pay a third party a publishing commission, as we have internal talent/expertise for that)an interesting comparison is to the Grapes NFT project; they have less than 1K unique owners of their 3,333 NFTs. a floor price of $560+, trading volume is $3M+ in less 2.5 months earning a royalty of $150K @ 5% & they have some unsophisticated games that have had initial solid earnings:
