I think you're overselling yourself a bit here.

When a stock is pumping, it's easy to see the positive in everything a company does, similarly when the chips are down, it's easy to point to the management and call them rubbish. The low share price is easily explained by the downturn in Web3/NFT, and ICIs protracted period of not releasing new products to market. I'm certain every investor here knows this already.

As to how much of the latter point can be put at Kin's feet is an argument that you haven't made very well at all. You're laser focussed on one aspect of a multi-faceted problem.

For instance, it looks like The Engineers NFT is still on track to launch this quarter. We've seen a good spate of market engagement, the AMAs indicate to me that there is genuine real-world interest and excitement from the market about the project. However at the same time the NFT market is still a dog (with some positive signs).

It's a predicament.

The difference between launching in a bull and bear market would likely be in the millions. Delay or press ahead? It's not an easy decision and it can/will be criticised either way. I'm sure the directors, and Kin, are deliberating over every step of a lot of moving parts across the business units.

More to the point though, your Disclosure: Held + Sentiment: Sell makes you a walking contradiction. You are calling yourself an investor, while predicting the share price will drop a further 40% from here, and gloating about how right you have been about SP declines. What kind of investor are you exactly? Are you invested for losses?

Your primary argument that you continually ramble on about is that Kin is not equipped to lead this business and he doesn't know how to run the company. To that I would say look at our nearest peer in the market, which as you might notice isn't being run by Kin, AND has released numerous significant market updates/products/projects.
