WFH refers to "Work For Hire" and doesn't implicitly mean the commercial framework will be by-the-hour. ICI/LSS could be working with any number of models to fulfil their development contracts - we don't have these details. It's most likely project based and scoped on a per-day per-resource basis.

Although the point that I was making was more around the calibre of the game, proven to deliver AAA+ revenue, and so whatever model we are working under, we should be rewarded for the top-tier standard of work LSS is delivering.

As a word of advice, maybe settle down a bit before responding.
