The ICI share price is hammered purposely, otherwise why there are sell order of 4.5million shares on offer at >$0.09 (9 Cents) sitting there and doing nothing at current market condition when everyone knows no one is going to pay 50% upside price. I believe the only purpose here to show seller side weaker. if not why don't these seller remove those sell orders and see what happens to buyer side.
Once all lose hands will dry out and tide needs to be turn around, all those high value sell order will vanish in no time, I have seen these tricks time and time again. Hold tight as selling at these levels will only benefit buyer not you.
I've accumulated more today at $0.059 and thanks to those seller.
