I can't help but continue to suspect that the Gameconomy announcement isn't a game launch.

On the 11th of January they posted:
Get ready for a new and exciting direction!
We can't wait to share it with you.

Then on the 15th:
The wait is almost over! Only 3 days to go until we unveil our newest innovation.

I'm possibly and likely to be wrong but this language doesn't seem to fit a game being launched.

Could they be launching a new gaming backend technology that will be sold across the game developer world to create a new status quo in game economics?
