"Cash is dwindling" - ONLY BECAUSE OF PAYING FOR MAJOR ACQUISITIONS, WHICH HAVE NOW ALL BEEN FINALISED:
H1 was profitable, Q3 was CFP+ $0.455m, H2 & moving forward that's unlikely to change as LSS' costs are majorly fixed & the business is still growing, with a 3 year backlog, & LSS recently expanded from purely a game art & animation studio to also providing talent to major movie studios; currently working on 2 or 3 top-tier movie studio titles according to September's update, which greatly increases TAM. so the LSS business may only grow ~15% YoY, but it's doing well-enough to financially support the concurrent development of a dozen 100% owned IP titles; that is the opportunity here!
you appear to have missed the significance of being profitable/CFP whilst +150 to 200 staff are working on pre-revenue projects.
"Money wasted on SBB at high prices - fact." the initial SBB supported & raised SP enough that the company could issue hundreds of millions of shares at 13.5 cents!
you appear to have missed how significant dilution would have been if SP was say 6.25 cents, 100% more. so actually, the few million cash spent on SBB was brilliantly architected as the alternative would have been issuing hundreds of millions of extra shares.
