you are correct, & some more details:
gamebox (https://froyo.games/gamebox) was developed by nextgamer/ICI & is being licenced to Froyo Games & at least one other company. ICI does not have any shareholding in Froyo Games; it just appears we have a WFH/development/support contract with them & potentially a revenue-share on a project-by-project basis; so we're just a strategic partner to them; whereas ICI currently owns 83.7% of Storms/Kyo;
i think Kyo (https://kyo.games/how-to-play) will be the superior platform for several reasons such as: Storms already has a library of ~100 HTML5 games, several of which have been successfully proven in web 2.0 (Fruit Ninja, Jetpack Joyride) & are good quality; Kyo's mechanics/ecosystem looks addictive, existing database of millions, & the three telcos are behind & backing it
so win-win for ICI, i hope
