Volumes are tiny either way. SP closing 22% higher last week was not based on any meritorious conduct from management in my opinion. The sell side is quite thin - someone comes in with some excitement towards the ici prospect and can move the SP up substantially as they average up. Not really buying-into the story of pumps and dumps - you tend to see big volumes with this kind of behaviour and in my experience, happens with companies with much more active news flow. all imo
