Thanks for the info. For the Q-list, my guess is that they are still going over those Q's with their lawyers. There is actually some pretty serious material in there and they will have to be very careful in answering.

It will be difficult for them to totally avoid answering you, as the issues raised are highly material and silence is really not an option for them. You are also most definitely not alone in advancing these queries. They in turn would be aware of this fact.

I see with today's ann's about the issuance of shares to themselves, they have included in their App3Y list of current holdings, options that expired 1st of this month! You can draw your own conclusions. OZ
