To to be fair and give my own opinion on the Q&A im still not convinced based on trial results or answers from the questions given today.
The last 10 seconds at the end when PH said he 'hopes' these drugs work so this would seem like a bad dream sounds like he does actually 'hope' they work.
If nothing happens between now and the end of the year it doesn't matter about the second strike.
