What was it in the presentation that made you think that azer-Cel is more valuable than we realise?
It's been over 18 months for the ongoing phase 1b so far. Of course the more rigorous registrational trial and subsequent analysis will take 2-3 years.
Rare cancers are worth chasing if results are really good, because of the lack of competition. But I'd have preferred they had the results to go after a big one like TNBC, pancreatic, GBM etc.
Looks like CF33 isn't obliterating tumours like we hoped. They have added a second cholangio expansion cohort to try a combination with chemotherapy.
The abandoned CheckVACC trial should've been the sign that CF33 wasn't as powerful as hoped.
