Preclinical? I couldn't care what a drug can theoretically do or how it performs in a test tube. Many drugs have even performed wonders in mice but have failed in humans.
80 types of cancer is not even close to being a 'universal vaccine against cancer'. If you think such a thing can exist perhaps go and chat with some biomed uni students for some independent information.
I wouldn't hazard a guess as to whether IMU will succeed or fail. But I will acknowledge the hopium on the IMU threads seems disproportional to their chances of success.
