These were my questions i submitted last week for the webinar.

1.The share price has collapsed by over 96% from its peak of 62.5c to today’s 2.4c, with zero commercial outcomes delivered after years of clinical expenditure. What does the Board consider its single biggest success in the last 3 years that justifies its ongoing position and executive remuneration?

2.Why has the Board allowed repeated capital raising that have diluted existing shareholders without delivering a single revenue-generating partnership, licensing deal, or clinical milestone that strengthens valuation or restores investor confidence?

3.Why has there been no substantial Board refresh or executive change despite years of chronic underperformance, value destruction, and growing shareholder frustration?

4.Why has Imugene failed to attract a major strategic partner despite ongoing claims about the commercial potential of its pipeline assets? What have been the specific roadblocks or deal-breakers from the perspective of potential partners?

5.There has been complete silence on several key trials and publicly announced partnerships. Please provide full, current status updates and explain the lack of communication.
