I believe what's already been accepted as one version of the story ( but with no evidence) is there was an offer for HER-Vaxx which pushed the price up but it wasn't taken.
Then there is the contact or discussions about a deal regarding HER-Vaxx, at this point at what capacity are these discussions taking place - are we begging for a deal, or is someone serious about their interest.
