A range of interesting questions have been raised but there will be a standard response except where the answers are already in the public domain. My expectation is that they will say ;
1. In relation to trial progress - that we are unable to comment, other than what has been released, as we are under strict confidentiality obligations required by regulatory authorities such as the FDA and the ASX.
2. In relation to commercial matters it would be imprudent for us to comment on commercial negotiations that have been held to date or current negotiations as they are commercial-in-confidence. Our potential dealings could be compromised by explaining what we have done to date and such negotiations are covered by NDA’s. We will announce any transaction when it is appropriate and in accordance with ASX requirements.
3. An overall comment that we cannot compromise our great advancements by answering some questions before our Scientific Panels have reviewed all appropriate information. Our trials take time and except for the need to refocus our priorities from time to time to adjust the allocation of resources, we believe we are on track.
It’s just one view but we will watch with interest.
