Disconcerting article in the AFR today reinforcing our fears about the suitability of listed law firms and the conflicts that arise. The thrust of the article seems to imply that it is the clients who suffer because of the conflicts and mentions many of the other difficulties that have been discussed ad nauseum in these columns particularly the difficulty in assessing the value of wip.
