I don't think that's a fair characterisation of the article.
When a high court judge delivers a speech to young lawyers expressing concern about listed law firms, it is worth mentioning.
Combined with Slater and Shine both being down 80-90% it's a fair basis to play out the game theory about what would happen if they went under.
Whilst as shareholders we may not like it, I thought it was a good piece.
