They (MST)did flag their intentions about trying ro issue new listed options to listed option holders (if they were able to). That is why I took the risk and kept mine.

It would only be fair to offer them to holders who held them at expiry. If somebody sold them with a few days to go, the buyer would (unless totally insane) be buying for for just that reason, and the seller would be giving up that right.
