Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to enquire as to the status of the MSTO options. My reading of the explanatory statement in the notes prospectus was that holders of the MSTO options would be given the opportunity to obtain a new issue of options at a price of $0.001 per option. Is this still going to occur, and if so when?

Your reading of the explanatory statement appears correct. It is still the Company’s intention to provide the opportunity to MSTO holders to take up a new offer of almost identical options.

We are currently working on a prospectus to effect this transaction and hope to have it out shortly.
