We didn't pay them 5.7 million. Gridcomm investors did that.
Shares issued to gridcomm will be escrowed for up to 24 months.
Of course odin is nowhere near gridcomm. We're all here for gridcomm.
Current SP is bad because of delays and uncertainty. IMO that is an opportunity for new investors and traders.
We had a couple of P& Ds because we are still waiting for the NOM(Notice of meeting with all info. related to the deal).
NOM will be announced anytime now. Once we receive that any increase in SP will sustain.
I am hoping that the recent positive announcements(that lead to the P & Ds) will be factored in future SP appreciation post NOM.
