Key Points I took from the interview:

The reason for RTO was to raise more capital for the $10M in project pipeline (Those sensors will obviously cost huge amounts upfront for Gridcomm - This is a positive to me as ASX will see this as significant for revenue potential.

It was the most cost effective way to gain access to $ which scares me as I'm thinking at what cost for existing ODN shareholders...

He mentioned they chose a shell that was clean as the vessel to go public - Again was it really that clean? They were going through legal troubles with Apache and were trading at 0.001 with debt overhang....???

I think it's going to be terrible for existing Odn shareholders me included and we all prob paid about 1c too much per share if you get me..

We will see what happens next ... RTO's usually take 6-8 months guys as FYI the doubt is just triggered by the numpties currently on the board of OdN.

The current price at 0.008 does not make sense if we include gridComm huge future potential. It seems that something is not right with the current price.
