Thanks for posting the clip. Nice to see something positive for once. I don't mind getting both sides of the story, but the constant AVH down ramping by a few individuals on this forum is simply over the top.

I think people under-estimate the mammoth change effort required to get surgeons to adopt a new SOC. I come from a large family of doctors. I can tell you they are trained to be risk adverse. it will take lots of cajoling by sales and support people to get surgeons to try something totally new like this. Covid preventing their staff from engaging has been a major issue. it is not the company making excuses just explaining reality.

Assuming this treatment does works, and there appears to be enough proof to me it does, adoption will hit a tip point where enough of them have been successful that basic human pride, market demand and fomo will rapidly get the rest to adopt.

So I am optimistic and think the patient believers will be rewarded over the next 12 months.
